Valv works differently on Android and iPhone because each platform provides different system controls.
No. On Android, Valv blocks internet access only for the apps you select. On iPhone, selected apps are shielded during your focus session while the rest of the phone stays available.
No. An individual user does not need to create or join a Family Sharing group to use Valv’s personal app controls. Apple asks for Screen Time permission on the device.
No. Valv does not need to read your messages, browsing history or the contents of the apps you pause.
Valv is currently in private testing. Public App Store and Google Play availability is coming after testing is complete.
